My Name is Hugo Aranda i'm a talk about my future which includes what career i'm planning to get which is being a doctor.
My career is in being doctor and if you don't know what it is a doctor is someone who helps other people when their in pain or need surgery.
Doctors have been around since the 18th century and a lot of people need doctors because back then mostly everyone was getting sick and some of them didn't even make it cause they probably lived far from the place.But anyway doctors have been around long long time.One person who is a famous in being a doctor is called Dr Adrian Kantrowitz he is famous because he and his team were the first ones to do a heart transplant that took place in south Africa on December 6,1967 he was a surgeon.Another famous doctor is called Alfred Blalock he is also a surgeon he is famous because he made medications that we need.
To be a doctor you need a minimum of 12 years of education the degree that doctors earn when the complete medical school is medicine degree 99 percent of accepted students will have a bachelor degree all pre med students majored in chemistry or biology students with any kind of majors are being accepted.The local colleges or program that I need for this career is medical school which is the most important one because in medical school they teach you everything.
The task that I have to do is examining patients and talking to them about whats happening to them.Another thing I do is giving them the treatment they need.Also working with other doctors as a team in the same department or with other a departments.Doctors work a total of 59.6 hours a week the income range for a doctor is 519,000 annual base salary but different types of doctors have less and some have higher income range because it depends in what there doing for example a surgeon is getting 519,000 and thats how much I'm getting.
Some challenges about this career is that when I'm in college I'm going to work a lot on paper work because for being doctors you need to study a lot and a lot of math because the medication contains numbers and I need to know how much it contains as a total.The market for a doctor is not that bad after medical school a hospital is most likely to take you in.This career helps a lot of people who need medication or cant do something right because they have something in them.
This career is important because I like to help people and this is a good job to help people so thats why I want to be doctor in the future and is helping the community a lot by giving the right thing and also i help kids who are sick I can make them feel less sick and helping them in any way possible so they can be happy.
